Spend management services provider Ariba has signed UK general insurer Norwich Union, soon to be Aviva, to its multi-tenant on-demand spend management software platform.Īviva is thus set to shift its operations from the single-tenant hosted versions of Ariba’s software it has employed since 2006 to the multi-tenant version in order to cut back on costs and accelerate returns on investment.
